Yes! The RDForum has started to work as it was intended!!
It seems the problem was outside the forum software. The programming was doing what it was intended to do. The issue has apparently been in the email system, mostly the POBOX.COM system I have been using for four years. The SPAM filtering had become so aggressive, it would not pass the minimal email traffic this site produces when registering users and and informing members there were new posts available. All normal functions for a Forum or Blog website.
Now we need some users to see if it holds up to some real operation. ~Dan
It's Christmas eve 2018 and I just finished moving 21 websites to a new Internet service provider. This was the last website moved. It was acting a bit temperamental right after the move. I suspect there was something going on with the DNS Domain Name Server. There was a banner displayed That said the website was suspended. I contacted the ISP and they could not see the banner from their end. They said they could browse the site and they had not blocked it.
I cleared the browser cache and tried another browser. The banner was still there. I checked my Linux computer and the website was fine. I had to reboot WIN10 to clear whatever cache was holding the bogus warning. Very strange behavior. Now waiting until after Christmas to see if anyhting esle strange happens...
